Using the game

• Play fairly. Don't attempt to cheat, script, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other players' use of it.
• Any names you enter (for example on a leaderboard) must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal data.
• Access may be rate-limited or withdrawn if the service is abused.

Music and content

Song previews play through embedded YouTube players and chart data comes from third-party music sources. GeoSongs does not host or own this music; it is surfaced through those providers, and your use of it is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Artwork and metadata belong to their respective owners.

Playlist export

If you sign in and export a playlist, GeoSongs creates a playlist in your own YouTube account on your behalf. You are responsible for the playlists you create and for complying with YouTube's terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Chart data, song matches, and availability may be incomplete or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, GeoSongs is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
